Purpose of the site
Concord Expert is a network of professionals who may be invited to share judgment through paid voice interviews. The site allows prospective experts to submit an application for review. It does not create an expert account or an employment, contractor, or agency relationship.
No guarantee of selection or work
Contacting Concord or completing an application does not guarantee selection, an interview invitation, or paid work. Compensation examples are illustrative maximums and may vary with expertise, scope, duration, quality requirements, and demand.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, design, and content are owned by Concord or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Concord disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
