Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
This policy explains how Concord Intelligence, Inc., operating as Concord, handles information on the Concord Expert website.
Information we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, email address, professional profile URL, current or recent role, experience range, country, areas of expertise, and the decision example you provide. We also record when and where the application was submitted. This may include the page URL, referral source, campaign parameters, and a LinkedIn click identifier when present. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message.
How we use information
We use application information to evaluate potential participation in the expert network, contact candidates, organize paid calibrations, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We use direct correspondence to answer questions. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics, advertising, and storage
With your permission, we record limited website events—such as a page view, application-form open, and completed application—to understand campaign performance. We also load the LinkedIn Insight Tag so LinkedIn can measure visits and conversions from our campaigns. LinkedIn may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose under its own privacy terms. We store your analytics choice in local storage and a random visit identifier in session storage. You can decline analytics without affecting your application and change your choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer.
To protect the application form from abuse, we temporarily process technical request information and store a keyed one-way hash of the submitting IP address. The hosting service may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, device information, and request logs.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to host and secure the site, store applications, measure campaigns, and operate our business communications. These providers include LinkedIn when you allow analytics. Authorized Concord reviewers can access applications through a private reviewer view. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
Retention and security
We generally retain unsuccessful application records for up to 24 months so we can consider candidates for future opportunities. Records connected to an active expert relationship may be kept for the relationship and any additional period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@cncrd.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children and changes
Concord Expert is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date here.
